What Does the Fine Print Say?
The short version: we try to keep things clear, fair, and practical. The full Terms and Conditions explain the details, but these are the points most businesses usually want to understand before choosing a programme.
Is there a long contract?
Optimiser Essentials and Optimiser AI are provided month-to-month unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Optimiser Premium has a three-month minimum, then continues month-to-month.
That is because done-for-you SEO needs enough time to set direction, carry out meaningful work, and avoid pretending proper progress happens in five minutes.
When does billing start?
Your service starts when you confirm that you want to proceed.
The first 14 days are treated as setup and onboarding, and KickstartSEO does not charge for that initial 14-day period.
Your first invoice is due 14 days after your start date, with invoices usually issued in advance.
How do cancellations work?
If you want to cancel, you need to notify KickstartSEO by phone or email.
We require at least 15 days’ notice before your next invoice due date.
Cancelling a Direct Debit instruction with your bank is not the same as cancelling the service, so it is best to contact us properly and avoid billing confusion.
Are payments refundable?
Payments already taken are generally non-refundable unless KickstartSEO has made an error.
That is because services are provided on the basis that we begin work, provide access, and deliver what has been agreed.
If a billing mistake happens, we will investigate and correct it where appropriate.
What are clients responsible for?
You are responsible for providing accurate information, giving required access, responding to approval requests, keeping payment arrangements active, and making decisions about your own business.
You are also responsible for the condition, coding, hosting, design, and maintenance of your website unless we have separately agreed otherwise in writing.
